The item is sold out online. Will it be restocked?
Some of our most-loved styles may be restocked. If a product is available for replenishment, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification directly on the product page.
When will an item be back in stock?
We do our best to restock selected styles whenever possible. If a restock is planned, you can register your email on the product page to be notified as soon as it becomes available.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment at any time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
How do I return my order?
You may return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are returned in their original condition. You can request a return in your customer account.
